Policy for the registering and use of personal information
REGISTERING
INF-Wear.dk do not registering any visitors doing in the web shop.
For delivering we register information about each customers name, address, pos. any alternative delivery address, phone number and email. You can decide if you want to receive any emails regarding news and new products. You can at any given time change this setting under your account.
SECURITY
Any information will not be given nor sold to any third part and will solely be used for INF-WEARs own marketing if the customer have given such permission. Information’s are saved for an undecided period and will be deleted immediately on your request.
Information regarding payment is not saved.
ENCRYPTATION OF DATA
An encrypted server does Al exchange of personal data. In this way you have full security for your information will dealt with confidentially.
You can always see if a internet connection is safe (by an encrypted server) by looking for a small chain lock in the bottom of the browser window
SECURITY WITH ONLINE PAYMENT
When paying with credit card on internet, it can seem a bit incomprehensive that you just type your card information and press a button. But you can feel secure, when paying online thanks to Danish law
There are rules regarding electronic payment solutions, witch serve to enforce the highest possible security against misuse. So if you discover a payment, witch have been deducted your bank account, and you do not know of this payment, it is the issuer of the card (bank, financial institute etc.) duty to reimburse you by putting the amount back to your account. The issuer then has to demand a refund from the shop that has deducted the amount.
